摘　　要：本文通过对中国邮政市场监管现状的研究,提出了中国邮政行业市场准入制度监管存在的问题,并在分析世界各国邮政监管机制模式和借鉴国外邮政监管机制的基础上尝试提出建立中国邮政行业独立监管机制的思路。Through studying the situation of the postal market supervision in china,we list the problems of the market admission system supervision.In our country,analsing and learning the different postal superviser system mode in different countries all over the world,we suppose to establish our own independent and justified supervision system in china.
