双向钢丝内固定对髌骨下极粉碎骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨髌骨下极粉碎骨折采用双向钢丝内固定治疗的，临床疗效。方法对62例髌骨下极粉碎骨折患者，采用切开复位双向钢丝内固定手术治疗，并配合术后功能锻炼。结果62例患者随访12～52周，平均37周，发现髌骨下极粉碎骨折采用双向钢丝内固定，具有固定较牢固、材料强度高、稳定性好、软组织损伤小等优点，骨折愈合好，有利于术后膝关节早期康复锻炼。结论髌骨下极粉碎骨折采用双向铜丝内固定手术治疗，并配合术后正确的功能锻炼，费用低，效果好。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of internal fixation with two-way steel wire for splintered fracture of patella lower. Methods From 2008 to 2011, 62 cases of splintered fracture of patella lower were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with Two-way steel wire combined with functional exercise after operation at the Second People Hospital of Datong. Resuha At the follow-up visit of 62 patients after 12w-52w, the results shows that fixed effect of internal fixation with Two-way steel wire for splintered fracture of patella lower is firmly. The operative methods have advantages of high strength of materials, good stability and minimal tissue trauma. The good effect of fracture healing was in favour of early postoperative knee rehabilitation exercise. Conclusions Effect of internal fixation with Two-way steel wire for splintered fracture of patella lower combined with postoperative knee rehabilitation exercise is good and cost is low.
