摘　　要：针对大同市高校人培养模式、大学生就业环境、自主创业情况和发展趋势,当地政府应创建良好的城市环境和文化氛围,积极推动人才政策的落实;高校应加强就业指导工作的有效性,同时加大大学生就业生涯规划教育力度,帮助当地大学生充分地就业和有效地创业,为大同市今后发展储备更多有用人才资源。Through to the Datong university students employment environment, employment psychology, independent undertak- ing and the College＇s training mode, the article does in-depth analysis and puts forward some effective countermeasures： local gov- ernments school create a good urban environment and Cultural atmosphere, promote the implementation of personnel policies. The College should enhance the effectiveness of career guidance work. The College need to increase strength and broaden the scope of the college student occupation career planning, to improve the comprehensive quality of College Students. Helping local students can ful- ly and effectively obtain employment entrepreneurship, reserve more useful talent resources for Datong future development
