摘　　要：本科毕业论文(设计)是本科生毕业前个人学习成果的综合反映,理应成为高校图书馆文献资源的重要组成部分。高校图书馆应在建设师生科研论文和硕博毕业论文数据库的同时,重视本科毕业论文(设计)数据库的开发与利用,加强数据库建设人才团队的培训,认真做好本科毕业论文(设计)的收集和整理、数据库的著录和维护等工作,使数据库的检索功能得以完善和加强,充分发挥其在教学科研方面的基础性信息作用。Undergraduate course graduation project is a comprehensive reflection of undergraduates＇ individual learning achieve- ments before graduation, which should become an important part of literature resources in the university library. The university li- brary pays attention to the database development and utilization of undergraduate course graduation project, strengthens the training of the talents team on database constructions and do the undergraduate thesis collection and sorting, the description of the data base and maintenance, etc, carefully, as well as builds teachers and students research papers and the database of master and doctor graduation project, which on the one hand makes retrieval functions of the database perfect and enhance, and make the utilization ration improve, on the other hand, gives full play to its basic information function in teaching and research.
