低分子肝素联合华法林治疗心房颤动合并左心房血栓形成28例临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨低分子肝素(LMWH)联合华法林治疗心房颤动合并左心房血栓形成的临床效果与护理方法。方法:对28例心房颤动合并左心房血栓形成患者在常规治疗基础上腹部皮下注射LMWH,同时口服华法林,并给予精心护理。结果:本组患者随访1年,心脏超声结果显示左心房血栓均消失,无一例出现周围血管栓塞及其他严重并发症。结论:LMWH联合华法林治疗心房颤动合并左心房血栓形成疗效确切,精心护理是患者康复的保障。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin （ LMWH ） combined with Warfarin in the treatment of atrial fibrillation associated with left atrium thrombosis and nursing methods. Methods ：28 patients with atrial fibrillation associated with left atrial thrombosis were treated with LMWH by abdominal subcutaneous injection and given Warfarin orally at the same time on the basis of conventional treatment and all patients were given careful nursing care. Results：By following up for one year, cardiac ultrasound showed the left atrial thrombus disappeared, no peripheral vascular embolism and other serious complications occurred in any patients. Conclusion ： The curative effect of LMWH combined with Warfarin is exact in the treatment of atrial fibrillation associated with left atrial thrombosis and careful nursing care can ensure the rehabilitation of the patients.
