摘　　要：德育为先、以人为本是大学生思想政治教育的基本原则。以大学生职业生涯规划为切入点,将大学生思想政治教育内容渗透到职业生涯规划中,与职业生涯规划有机结合,提高大学生思想政治教育的针对性和有效性,增强大学生思想政治教育工作的吸引力和感染力。Moral education first and the people-oriented is the basic principle of college students＇ ideological and political education. Proceeding from the education of college students＇ career panning, it is necessary to combined with ideological and political education entirely to improve teaching pertinence and effectiveness so as to boost up education attraction and vitality.
