摘　　要：国内高精度黑体的研究中,主要应用的是半导体制冷材料(TEC),文章根据其特点,设计了一种高精度的温控器。它以单片机为核心,采用分段式PID控制算法,外围配以采集处理芯片,经实验证明,该控制器具有很强的实用性和可靠性。The main application in the domestic high-precision blackbody study is semiconductor refrigeration mate- rials （TEC）. According to their characteristics, a high-precision temperature-controller is designed. It adopts the single chip processor as the core and subsection PID control algorithm with peripheral acquisition and processing chip. It is proved by the experiment that the controller has very strong practicability and reliability.
