摘 要:选取高压真空绝缘体系中常用的环氧树脂为研究对象,通过添加不同粒径的纳米无机填料,分析不同填料对沿面闪络过程的影响。利用闪络过程光谱实时测量系统分别研究红外光、可见光及紫外光范围内的闪络发光光谱的时域波形,从发光光谱的角度分析闪络过程的发生和发展机理。结果表明:闪络光谱强度并不随闪络电压的升高而增强,纳米无机氧化物的添加会引入更多的深陷阱能级,且会增加高能光子的发射。Choosing epoxy resin commonly used m a high voltage and vacuum msulauon system as re- search object, the effects of different fillers on the surface flashover process were analyzed by adding var- ious diameter nanoscale inorganic fillers to the epoxy system. The time domain waveform of the flash- over spectrum including infrared light, visible light and ultraviolet light were studied respectively using re- al-time flashover spectrum measurement system; and the occurrence and development mechanism of flash- over process were discussed from the perspective of flashover emission spectrum. The results show that the intensity of flashover spectrum doesn't increase with the increase of flashover voltage. The addition of nanoscale inorganic oxide will introduce more "deep trap" energy level, and at the same time en- hance the emission of high energy photon.
