摘　　要：云广直流工程的HY型高端换流变压器是世界首创，结构复杂、建造和安装工艺要求高。该换流变压器所采用的独特阀侧绕组间接出线结构可解决大件运输问题，但对现场安装提出了很高的要求。介绍了HY高端换流变压器阀侧绕组间接出线安装经验和关键工艺，包括引线对接、绝缘包扎、套管吊装、真空干燥、油务处理、牵引就位、验收试验等环节。The HY-type converter transformer in Yunnan-Guangdong DC project is the first one in the world, which has a very complex structure and requires high technic level of constructure and installation. An indirect outlet conformation is adopted by the transformer, and it is favorable for heavy-cargo transportation, but faces much more difficulty in the installation. This paper introduces the experience of HY-type converter transformer installation and related key technics, including wire connection, insulation binding, bushing davit-mounting, vacuum dry, oil process, traction location and hand-over test.
