摘　　要：结合我国省级电力趸售业务特点，从综合成本的角度出发，考虑同一电压等级的趸售业务和直供业务结算计量关口位置的差异性，对现有的省级共用网络输配电费用分摊模型进行了改进。以某省的实际数据为例，验证了改进后的模型实现了省网输配电网费用的合理回收。According to the characteristics of power wholesale business at a provincial level and in view of the integrated cost, this paper inproves the existing model for transmission and distribution cost allocation of power wholesale business based on the diversity between the measurement locations of wholesale and direct supply businesses. With the practical cost data of certain province as an example, it is verified that the proposed model can reasonahlly reclaim the transmission and distribution cost among the provincial grids.
