摘　　要：介绍了 1999年玛纳斯河水系洪水的特征 ,通过对导致本次洪水时期的高空环流特征、水汽和云图资料分析 ,试图揭示融雪———暴雨洪水的发生机制。注意到高低空三支急流建立不仅以环流形势为背景 ,而且存在明显的先后次序。最后归纳了盛夏洪水的预报思路和具体指标。The flood features in Manas River system in 1999 were introduced The efforts have been made to reveal the mechanism of the flood resulting from snowmelt and heavy rain by means of analysis of the upper circulation features, vapor and cloud map It was found that the setup of three jets in upper and lower air is based on the circulation pattern and order At last, the thinking and index about the flood prediction in summer were concluded
