摘　　要：通过在包钢圆坯铸机生产GCr15轴承钢的成功实践,探索出有针对性的冶炼操作制度,实现了批量生产。铸坯的内部质量和表面质量控制良好,能够满足用户的需求。The relative smelting operations system is explored and the mass production is realized through the success- ful practices of manufacturing GCr15 bearing steels with continuous caster of round billets in Baotou Steel. The internal and surface qualities for casting blanks are controlled to be good,which could meet the needs of consumers.
