摘  要:介绍了磷渣粉的来源、化学成分、矿物组成以及用作碾压混凝土掺合料的技术要求和研究应用情况。认为磷渣粉作为碾压混凝土掺合料使用的条件已经成熟,但磷矿渣磨细成磷渣粉是一项非常费时、费力和费钱的事情,实际上成了制约磷渣粉用作碾压混凝土掺合料的颈瓶,其细度和均匀性的控制尤为重要。中国西南部水力资源充沛,在建和拟建的碾压混凝土坝多,粉煤灰缺乏而磷矿渣资源丰富,磷渣粉用作碾压混凝土掺合料势在必行,而且前景广阔。This paper makes an introduction to the sources, chemical compositions and mineral compositwns ot phosphorus slag powder, as well as the technology requirements and applications of the powder as roller compact- ed concrete (RCC) admixture. It is considered that the development conditions for phosphorus slag powder as RCC admixture have matured, however it is a very time-consuming, laborious and expensive work for grinding phosphorus slag to powder. So, the grinding process becomes a bottleneck in using phosphorus slag powder as RCC admixture, in which the control of fineness and uniformity is particularly important. Currently, there are many RCC dams under construction and to be constructed. Southwest China has abundant hydropower resources and phosphorus slag mines but less fly ash. Therefore, it is imperative to use phosphorus slag powder as RCC admixture and it has broad prospects in applications.
