海豹肢畸形产前超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的总结海豹肢畸形的产前超声声像图表现及畸形特征。方法对9例海豹肢畸形胎儿的产前超声声像图表现及引产胎儿标本畸形特征进行总结分析。结果采用连续顺序追踪超声扫查法产前超声诊断海豹肢畸形9例,海豹肢畸形的发生率为0.003%(9/257578)。9例海豹肢畸形儿中远侧海豹肢畸形4例(4/9);无近侧海豹肢畸形;完全性海豹肢畸形5例(5/9)。海豹肢畸形累及1个肢体4例(4/9),累及2个肢体4例(4/9),累及4个肢体1例(1/9)。9例均合并其他异常并行引产处理。结论海豹肢畸形产前超声声像图特征明显,运用连续顺序追踪超声法检查有助于产前检出海豹肢畸形。Objective To approach sonographic features of malformed phocomelia. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on prenatal sonographic features and outcomes of 9 cases of induced specimen of phocomelia. Results Nine cases of phocomelia were detected by prenatal ultrasound with systematic continuous sequence approach. The incidence of phocomelia was 0. 003% （ 9 /257 578） . There were 4 cases incomplete（ distal） phocomelia（ 4 /9） ,5 cases complete phocomelia（ 5 /9） . Phocomelia affected one limb in 4 cases（ 4 /9） ,affected two limbs in 4 cases （ 4 /9 ） ,affected four limbs in 1 case （ 1 /9 ） . All 9 cases were accompanied with other anomalies and undergone induced labour. Conclusions The malformed features of phocomelia is obvious. It can be detected by prenatal ultrasound with systematic continuous sequence approach.
