摘  要:每日皮下注射生长激素释放激素1-44(GHRH_(1-44))24μg/kg,历时6个月,使15例下丘脑性特发性生长激素缺乏(IGHD)患者中的14例生长速度由3.1±0.3cm/年增至8.4±0.5cm/年。血清GH及生长介素(SMC)水平亦高于治疗前。全组患者用GHRH_(1-44)治疗6月的生长速度与年龄呈负相关。本结果提示:GHRH可用来作为治疗下丘脑性GH缺乏患者的药物。This article reports the therapeutic effect of single subcutaneous injection of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) 1-44 24μg/kg per day in 15 hypothalamic idiopathic growth hormone-deficient patients. The growth velocity of 14 responders increased from 3.1 ±0.3 cm/yr (x±sx) to 8.4±0.5 cm/yr. One patient did not grow. The growth velocities of 10 patients with serum GHpeak>10μg/L and 5 patients with serum GH peak between 5 - 10μg/L in 5-day GHRH stimulation test were about the same. There was negative correlation between chronological age and growth velocity after treatment with GHRH 1 -44 for 6 months (r = 0.7078, P<0.01). The serum GH levels were elevated for more than 10 hours after the GHRH injection. No local or general side effects were observed- The result suggests that GHRH may be a potential therapeutic drug for hypothalamic growth hormone-deficient patients.
