兴义市敬南镇新坪村农村公共产品供给状况个案分析

摘　　要：农村公共产品供给状况是农村经济发展的基础和保障,直接影响到农村的消费需求,与农村的可持续发展密切相关。兴义市敬南镇新坪村是黔西南一个普通又具代表性的村庄,其公共产品供给明显不足,由于自然条件、地域及文化的落后,影响了公共产品的供给,限制了对效率原则的追求。当地政府应根据农村需求状况分阶段、有侧重地动态解决区域内的公共产品的供给问题。Sufficient supply of public goods ensures sustainable economic development of rural areas. The village of Xinping, administrated by Xingyi city, presents a case study of rural public goods supply and demands analysis. The current supply of public goods in rural areas is not sufficient enough. Reasons behind this short of supply and lack of efficiency include local ecological condition and social and cultural structures. This paper suggests to rank items of supply in accordance with the urgency of the demand, and to divide the project of public goods supplying into several phrases for the local government.
