摘  要:随着专升本院校教育的快速发展,师资队伍建设已成为专升本教育能否持续稳定发展的一个重要制约因素。目前专升本院校主要存在教师结构不合理,教育思想和观念落后等问题。因此,一要转变观念,二要坚持"以人为本",三要引进与培养相结合,四要强化培训,五要创新管理体制。With the rapid development of Newly-Upgraded Colleges education, team-building of teachers has become the important restrict factor Newly-Upgraded Colleges education whether can keep on developing. At present, the problems of Newly-Upgraded Colleges have, unreasonable teacher composition, musty educational ideology and ideas so on.. Therefore, Firstly, we should change our viewpoint. Secondly, we should persist the theory of "People Oriented". Firstly, we should integrate bringing in and bringing up. Fourthly, we should intensify training program. Fifthly,we should innovate management system.
