国际旅游岛打造文化产业高地的路径选择

摘　　要：打造国际旅游岛文化产业高地，有五个方面的路径选择：一是观念选择，即将观念更新作为打造国际旅游岛文化产业高地的先导工程；二是体制选择，即创新与发展文化产业相适应的体制机制；三是特色选择，即要结合海南文化资源的自身特点形成独有的特性；四是模式选择，即借鉴先进地区发展文化产业的经验，建设文化创意集聚区；五是人才选择，即加快发展文化产业的人才建设。To build the platform of International Tourism Island culture in Hainan, there are five approaches for this. First is conception selection, it＇s to place conception shift as pre-project of the construction of International Tourism Island culture; Another selection is system, it＇s to make the system and mechanism adapting to the innovation and development of culture industry. Second is specificity selection, it aims to make full of resources in our island and then to form our own specificity. The next consideration is development pattern. That demands us to absorb experience from advanced region. The last selection is about the talents. To accomplish it, we must prompt the talents construction in our best.
