摘  要:冠之以“旅游”的节庆多产生于改革开放之后。传统的节庆活动,作为一种资源为发展旅游所利用。为促进旅游发展。各地依托特色资源又创造出新的旅游节庆活动。针对旅游节庆活动存在的问题。可以用文化构建旅游节庆活动。一是旅游节庆文化需要注重理性,二是旅游节庆文化需要注重传承,三是旅游节庆文化需要注重效益,四是旅游节庆文化需要注重群众,五是旅游节庆文化需要注重规划。Festivals that are called "Celebration Days" mainly origin after the reform and opening-up policy. As a resource, traditional celebrations serve for tourism. And in order to de- velop tourism, many regions create new Tourism Celebration Days according to their own char- acteristics. We can construct tourism celebration days by culture in consideration to problems about Celebration Days. The first point is that tourism culture celebration days must accord to ra- tional reasons. Secondly, tourism culture celebration days can't ignore the importance of inheri- tance. Thirdly, tourism culture celebration days should take profit into account. Moreover, these days should care about the masses. At last, an all-sided program is necessary to tourism culture celebration days.
