摘　　要：针对当前民办高校可持续发展中存在的问题。只有从多个方面分析存在的问题和产生问题的原因及后果。再从政府层面和民办高校自身层面设计可持续发展的各项保障举措，才能为民办高校的可持续发展提供理论支撑。This text analyzed the problems and reasons of the sustainable development of Non-government University, then designs measurements to ensure sustainable development both government and the private universities. It will provide a theory support with sustainable development of private universities.
