摘　　要：如何科学合理地进行大学生素质拓展训练，以培养全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人成为高校教育工作者研究的重要课题之一。论者在深入分析当前大学生素质拓展活动开展中存在的问题的基础上，探索出一条“应该在职业设计指导基础上，通过开展四类活动，培养十二种能力，达到引导和帮助大学生完善六个方面智能结构，全面成长成才”的大学生素质拓展活动体系。How to train the undergraduates＂ ability so as to cultivate them into builders and successors. That＇s an important subject of higher education practitioners. Based on in-depth analysis of current undergraduates＂ problems, the article explored an ability training system, which advocates cultivating 12 types of skill by 4 types of training to guide and help students to improve intelligent structure in 6 aspects on the condition of employment-oriented goal.
