摘　　要：针对汽车前排座椅旁侧板在使用过程中出现的容易脱落和表面白斑等问题,通过对旁侧板的安装方式、内部结构以及试验验证等方面进行优化和分析总结,提出了能预防座椅旁侧板脱落和白斑等问题的旁侧板安装结构,试验方法及相关设计指导。Aiming at the issue of broken off and white mark of the vehicle front seat side plate, the installation method, internal structure and the test method are optimized and summarized. The installation structure, test method and relevant design guidance are put forward to solve the problem of broken off and white mark.
