轿车转向节与下摆臂连接销孔变形问题研究

摘　　要：文章针对国内某款B级轿车售后市场发生的转向节与前下摆臂连接处销孔发生变形的问题,通过CAE分析,台架及道路试验验证,找出造成转向节销孔变形问题的根本原因是转向节销孔锁紧螺栓夹持力不足,并通过提高螺栓的拧紧力矩解决该问题。Aiming at the deformation problem of the pin hole connected with steering knuckle and lower arm of a B class ear, through CAE analysis, bench and road test validation, the ultimate cause of the problem is the lack of locking bolt clamping force. And the problem can be solved by raising the bolt tightening torque.
