中草药制剂对中国明对虾幼虾生长及表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：研究了盐度(12、20和28)和中草药制剂(0%、1%、2%和4%)对中国明对虾(平均初始湿重0.027±0.005 g)生长和饲料表观消化率的影响。结果表明:在3个盐度水平上,随饲料中中草药制剂添加量的升高,对虾特定生长率和饲料表观消化率均呈上升趋势,当到达临界值后,随着中草药添加量的升高而下降。在3个盐度水平中,均以2%添加量组特定生长率和饲料表观消化率最高。Taking juvenile Fenneropenaeus chinensis with the initial wet body weight of 0.027±0.005 g as test materials,the effects of salinity（12,20 and 28） and traditional Chinese herbal medicines preparations（TCHMP：0%,1%,2% and 4%） on growth and apparent digestibility（AD）were researched.The results showed that the specific growth rate and AD increased with the rise of TCHMP concentration;while attained the critical,which decreased with the rise of TCHMP concentration.At three salinities（12,20,and 28）,the specific growth rate and AD of 2% TCHMP group were the highest.
