摘　　要：科研项目是高等院校科技管理工作的重要组成部分,对高校科技发展具有重要作用。从事科技管理的工作人员应树立服务意识和高度责任感,探索科研项目过程管理有效的方式方法,引导和规范普通科技工作者的科研行为,推动大学科技工作的发展。scientific research projects are the important component parts of scientific research management in universities playing an important role in the scientific development.The personnel who are undertaking scientific research management should establish highly-developed sense of responsibility and service awareness,and explore effective methods of scientific research management to guide and regulate the behavior of general scientific and technical worker and advance the scientific development in the university.
