摘　　要：大学生创业心理素质培养的重要意义在于其不仅是时代发展的要求,而且是大学生创业能力提高的现实要求,并充分体现了高校"育人为本、德育为先"的教育理念。在对当前大学生创业心理现状进行调查分析的基础上,针对大学生所表现出的毕业即创业意愿不强、受经济利益驱动明显、社会责任感淡薄、创业实践经验不足等问题,提出了大学生良好创业心理素质的有效培养策略。The important meaning of training college students’ psychological quality in starting an undertaking is not only the requirement of times development,but also the real requirement of improving college students’ enterprise ability,and also reflects the education concept in university of ＂Based on educating people,Morality education first＂.Based on investigation and analysis of modern college students’ psychological status in starting an undertaking,according to the problems of not strong will that for college students,graduate means starting an undertaking,obvious driving by economic interests,indifference of society responsibility,insufficient practical experience in starting an undertaking and so on,providing the effective training strategy of college students’ good psychological quality in starting an undertaking.
