摘　　要：对国内国际的项目管理作了简要介绍,且强调沟通管理和廉洁管理在项目管理中的重要性,并提出了一些合理的建议和措施。This paper gives a brief introduction of the project management in and outside China,and emphasizes the importance of communication management and integrity management in project management,and some reasonable suggestions and measures are included in this paper as well.
