金属-克兰荪重排反应制备2-烯丙基-1,1-偕二金属环己烷的研究

摘　　要：环己烯基-2-烯丙基锌经金属-克兰荪重排反应,生成2-烯丙基-1,1-偕二金属环己烷。通过对温度、溶剂量和投料顺序等重排反应主要影响因素的考察,可使2-烯丙基1,1-偕二金属环己烷的收率达到65％。Allyl - cyclohexenyl zinc undergoes the metalla - Claisen rearrangement leading to 2 - allyl 1, 1 -Gemdimetallic - cyclohexane. The effects of several factors on the reaction were investigated such as the reaction temperature, the amount of solvent and the addition sequence of reagents. The yield of 1, 1 - Gemdimetallic 2 - allyl - cyclohexane can reach 65 % by this method.
