脱硫净化水pH值对电脱盐的影响

摘  要:脱硫净化是将蒸馏装置和焦化装置排出的污水经处理后得到净化水的工艺。文章对脱硫净化水作为原油电脱盐注入水注入前后的水质组分进行了对比,发现电脱盐装置注入脱硫净化水时,电脱盐排出水中氯离子和部分金属离子质量浓度偏高,证明脱盐效果较好;同时研究了不同pH值的脱硫净化水作为电脱盐注入水对电脱盐系统原油乳化程度的影响;以及不同pH值的脱硫净化水、去离子水对电脱盐脱盐效果的影响。阐明了脱硫净化水pH值在6~9时不会影响电脱盐的脱盐效果,电脱盐系统不会产生乳化,而pH值小于6或pH值大于9时,电脱盐的脱盐效果不佳,且电脱盐系统的原油轻微乳化。脱硫净化水充分回收利用对于水资源紧缺地区节约水资源显得尤为重要。The desulfurization purification is a purification process to produce purified water by desulfurization of waste water from crude distillation unit and delayed coking unit.Through the analysis of desulfurized purified water and comparison of water quality before and after desalting when desulfurized purified water is used as desalting injection water,it is found that chlorine ions and mass concentration in drainage water are higher when desulfurized purified water is injected into the desalting unit,which indicates that a good desalting performance has been achieved.The impact of desulfurized water with different pH values as desalting injection water on emulsion breaking of crude oil in crude oil desalting and the impact of desulfurized water with different pH values and de-ionized water on desalting efficiency are studied.When pH value of desulfurized water is 6 ~ 9,there is no impact on desalting efficiency and no emulsion in electro-static desalting system.When pH value is lower than 6 or greater than 9,the desalting efficiencyt goes down,and high emulsion of crude oil is seen in desalting system.The recovery and reutilization of desulfurized purified water is very important in water saving in the region where there are tight water sources.
