摘　　要：扬州市第一人民医院从健全管理组织机构、分类收集、登记交接、运送暂存、包装、转出等环节入手,对医疗废物管理进行"源头控制",有效地预防医疗废物丢失、泄漏、扩散等问题的发生,有力控制了因医疗废物管理不当造成事故的发生。Based on identifying the loopholes and shortcomings in the medical waste management in the hospital by studying a large number of literatures, the authors' hospital started with investigating the problems in the medical waste management and has found some solutions to do the job better. They proceeded from institutional framework, separate collection, registration and exchange, shipping and temporary storage, transferring, packaging and transport out, 'source controlling' was implemented which showed effective in preventing the hospital infections caused by loss, leakage, diffusion of medical waste.
