TCT制片技术在胸腹水细胞学检查中的应用

摘　　要：笔者分别应用TCT制片技术和传统涂片技术制备了胸腹水细胞学标本,对比两种制片技术制得标本的细胞形态学特点、标本质量及诊断结果。实验结果证明,TCT液基细胞学制片技术提高了胸腹水检查制片质量及胸腹水检查的诊断准确率,具有较高的应用价值。Aiming to study the value of flaking method of Thin - Cytologic Test （TCT） in diagnosis of pleural effusion and the ascetic cells （PEA）, 500 cases of PEA were detected simultane- ously and respectively using TCT and traditional cells smears. The consequences of the two groups were compared and analyzed with chi - square test. The results compared the traditional cells smears showed the TCT had the better flaking quality and higher diagnostic accuracy.
