腰肌增强训练结合穴位埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出下腰疼痛近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腰背肌增强训练结合穴位埋线治疗对腰间盘突出患者下腰痛的疗效。方法 46例非急性腰间盘突出症患者,分成治疗组(腰背肌增强训练和穴位埋线)和对照组(穴位埋线)。在治疗前、治疗4、8周后分别对以上2组患者采用下腰痛评分系统(JOA)和视觉模拟疼痛评分(VSA)进行评定。结果与治疗前相比,对照组和治疗组在4、8周后JOA显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VSA显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组4、8周后的JOA显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VSA显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰背肌增强训练结合穴位埋线能显著缓解腰间盘突出症患者下腰痛。Objective To explore effects of the treatment for low lumbar pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation with en- hancing the back muscle train of lumbar and acupoint catgut embedding therapy. Methods 46 LDH cases were equally divided into control group （ n = 23 ） and treatment group （ n -- 23 ）. The patients in control group treated by acupoint catgut embedding therapy, and the patients in treatment group treated by acupoint catgut embedding therapy and enhancing the back muscle of lumbar. The two groups were evaluated by low back pain score under the Japanese orthopedic association （JOA） and visual analogue scale （VAS） before treat- ment, after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, low back pain score of the groups under the JOA was significantly increased （P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01 ） , the VSA lower （P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01 ） ; Compared with control group, low back pain score of the treatment group under the JOA was increased significantly, the VSA lower（ P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ） after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment. Conclusion Enhancing the back muscle of lumbar and acupoint catgut embedding therapy has significantly thera- peutical effect on lumbar disc herniation.
