摘 要:目的比较宁夏不同产地野生及种植甘草中甘草甜素含量。方法采用L9(34)正交设计法优化甘草中甘草甜素超声提取工艺,RP-HPLC法测定甘草甜素含量,采用Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%乙酸铵-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1),检测波长254nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,对宁夏各产地甘草中甘草甜素含量进行测定、分析。结果宁夏不同产地甘草中甘草甜素含量差异较大,同一产地野生甘草的甘草甜素含量大于种植品,旱地种植甘草中甘草甜素含量高于水地种植品。结论环境综合机制对甘草中甘草甜素含量的影响明显,本研究为宁夏甘草的可持续利用与研究提供参考。Objective To compare the glycyrrhizin content of wild and cultivated Radix ET Rhizoma Glycyr- rhizae in different producing regions in ningxia. Methods L9 (34) orthogonal design was employed to opti- mize supersonic extraction processing technology. The content of glycyrrhizin was determined by RP - HPLC. The separation was performed on an Thermo ODS -2 HYPERSIL C1s (4.6 mm x 250 ram, 5 txm) column . Mobile phase was meth -0.2% ammonium acetate - glacial acetic acid(67: 33:1 ) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ~ min-I. The UV detector was set at 254 nm. Results The wild Radix ET Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in different producing regions showed a significantly differert in glycyrrhizin. The content of glycyrrhizinin in wild was higher than that in cultivated Radix ET Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in the same producing regions. The glycyrrhiz- inin content in dry cultivated land was higher than that in cultivated and irrigated land. Conclusion It was significant that the regional features influenced on the glycyrrhizin content of Radix ET Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae.
