摘  要:以加工番茄‘亚心98-1’和‘里格尔87-5’2个品种的子叶作为外植体,研究不同激素组合对其出愈和诱芽的影响。结果表明,激素的种类和浓度对加工番茄外植体出愈率的影响没有差异,但是诱导形成的愈伤组织形态和不定芽存在差异,ZT与IAA组合对不定芽的诱导效果高于6-BA与IAA组合,不定芽诱导率最高的培养基为MS+ZT0.5mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L。品种之间存在差异,‘亚心98-1’比‘里格尔87-5’更易产生较高比率的正常芽。再生芽在1/2MS+0.1mg/LIAA生根培养基上能正常生根,并发育成完整的小植株。Cotyledons of processing tomato cultivar‘Yaxin 98-1’and‘Liger 87-5’were used as explants and cultured on the medium with different mitogen (ZT or 6-BA) and auxin (IAA or NAA) to study their effect on callus induction and bud differentiation. The results showed that callus could be induced in all kinds medium, but there were obvious differences on callus configuration and bud differentiation. The effect of ZT was better than that of 6-BA, and IAA was better than NAA on bud induction. The optimum medium for bud differentiation was MS + ZT 0.5 mg/L + IAA 0.2 mg/L. The bud differentiation of cultivar‘Yaxin 98-1’was better than that of cultivar‘Liger 87-5’. The regenerated buds could develop normally after roots were induced on 1/2MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L.
