摘 要:为及时掌握国内水产生物技术领域的科研发展动态,为科研人员、科研管理部门以及科技期刊编辑提供参考。运用文献计量学研究方法,以中国水产科学研究院(简称水科院)为研究样本,对其2005—2009年5年间发表的国内和国际期刊论文,从载文内容、作者分布、研究机构分布3个方面进行计量分析,并对国内和国际论文在研究内容、核心作者、机构分布方面进行对比,以探讨国内水产生物技术研究的现状。结果表明:2005—2009年水科院生物技术领域总体发文量有较大幅度的增长;水产遗传育种研究领域的发文量位居前列;通过关键词词频分析发现,此期间水科院生物技术领域的研究热点为微卫星技术、基因克隆、表达及序列分析、遗传多样性分析。性状相关基因、系谱识别、核型、基因组和雌核发育可能成为水产生物技术领域新的增长点。筛选出了生物技术领域的核心作者群,并对其分布特征、合作网络进行了分析。认为近年来水科院生物技术领域发表的论文数量处于稳步上升阶段,国内论文数量远远高于国际论文数量;水产生物技术在多个水产科学传统学科中得到了应用,同时推动了遗传多样性和遗传育种领域的巨大发展,但该学科内研究者间的合作尚不密切,各个研究所间在该学科领域内的科研实力分布不均衡。The present study aims to understand the current situation of research activities in biotechnology field in China, and thus provide reference for the researchers, research management department and journal editors. Using Bibliometric analysis method, we analyzed the distribution of domestic and abroad biotechnological papers published from 2005 to 2009 by the authors from Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, in the aspects of paper content, author and organization. The results showed that the overall amount of the articles published by the authors from Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences experienced great growth. The authors involved in genetic breeding published the most articles. The most key words were micro-satellite, gene clone, gene expression and sequence analysis which present the current research focuses. Trait-related gene, pedigree identification, karyotype, genome and gynogenesis were the emerging key words which indicated new research field. Core authors were selected out and co-citation between authors were analyzed using the method of social network analysis. From the above, it could be concluded that in recent years, the number of biotechnology articles published by the authors from Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences increased steadily, and domestic paper number was much higher than international ones. Biotechniques such as micro-satellitewere widely used and promoted great improvement of genetic diversity and genetic breeding. Close relationship between researchers had not came into being yet and the research production and research influence did not distributed equilibriumly in every institute of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences.
