摘 要:目的探讨应用三维重建技术测量乳房体积和乳房假体体积,及其在乳房整形中的应用前景。方法由CT影像扫描系统获得患者胸部的基本CT数据(层厚3 mm),将CT的二维数据导入计算机,应用MINICS软件及MagicRP软件对59例胸廓或乳房不对称患者进行乳房体积差测量及乳房假体体积测量,根据测量结果为患者选择体积适当的假体。术后测量患者双侧乳房各种径线,并评价其术后效果。结果59例患者术后双侧乳房基本对称,乳房形态理想,取得了满意的效果。结论本方法测量乳房体积准确可靠,在测量乳房和乳房假体体积方面具有实际的应用价值。Objective To explore the feasibility of using 3-D reconstruction technique for the volume measurement of breast and the breast implant in mammaplasty. Methods The CT data was used to reconstruct a digital prototype of the breast implant and the chest. The volumes of breast implants and the volumetric difference of bilateral breast were then measured by the software. Measurements were performed on 59 women. Suitable implants were also selected for the patients according to the results of measurements. The linear parameters of the bilateral breast were measured for evaluating the results. Results Fifty-nine Patients were all satisfied, as the shapes of postoperative breasts were ideality and almost symmetry. Conclusion 3-D reconstruction technique is simple, accurate and repeatable. It offers a new way to solve the difficult problems in the measurement of breast and breast implant.
