摘　　要：3 0万t a合成氨装置组合式氨冷器在投用过程中 ,液位控制系统无法同时满足冷氨和热氨 2种生产模式。对此 ,在原有内部回路组态上增设了 1块辅助的反作用调节器。使用结果表明 ,改进后的控制系统在 2种生产模式下调节稳定 ,能满足生产工艺的要求。The liquid level controlling system of ammonia cooler could not simultaneouly satisfy two production modes of the cold ammonia and the heat ammonia in the operation of synthetic ammonia plant.An auxiliary reacting regulator was added in the internal configuration.The results of application showed that the improved controlling system could be regulated stably in two production modes and could satisfy the needs of production process.
