摘　　要：结合优质碳素结构钢板65Mn成分及性能特点,进行实验室研究,对钢板的成分、组织、性能进行了分析,着重对不同正火温度下钢板的力学性能变化进行了对比研究,找出了影响钢板延伸率不合格的主要因素,确立了最佳生产工艺路线及热处理制度,为济钢进行工业化生产、开发更高级别的中高碳钢提供了理论依据。Combined with composition and performance characteristics of high quality carbon steel structure grade 65Mn, la- boratory research on composition, microstrueture and properties are carried out, mechanical property change under different normalizing temperature is studied, the major factors which influence poor elongation rate are found out, and the best production process and heat treatment system are established. It offers the theory basis for industrialized production and development of higher level of medium/high carbon steel in Jinan steel.
