摘  要:分析了辽河油田稠油热采水平井存在的问题。通过水平井筛管防砂完井方式的比较,采用顶部注水泥高强度弹性筛管防砂完井技术,有效地解决了热采水平井中热力和地应力造成套管、筛管损坏及封隔器的坐封和密封困难。现场应用效果表明,弹性筛管的强度高、防砂效果好,油井能够保持长期稳产。Some problems in Liaohe heavy oil thermal recovery horizontal well was analyzed. By comparing the sand control completion methods with screen pipe in horizontal well, the problems of liner failure, casing failure and packer sealing difficulty which caused by thermal power and ground stress in thermal horizontal well were solved by using sand control completion technology with cementing from the top and high strength and elasticity screen pipe. Field applications show that elastic screen is high strength and effective, it will help for long period stable production of the oilfield.
