摘  要:根据冷等静压机上端盖排气系统的结构及工作原理,深入地分析了排气系统在高压工作中频繁发生密封失效的原因。通过在保持原上端盖结构不变的情况下,对一部分零部件进行少量的改造,并按照原装配尺寸设计制作出新型的浮子及密封阀,不但大幅降低了排气系统的故障率,提高设备运转率,方便维修,而且减少废、次产品的产生,实现了排气系统零成本运行。According to the structure and working principle ot the top cover exhaust system for tne cota lsostauc pressing machine , the causes for frequent seal failure of the exhaust system in high pressure condition were analyzed. While maintaining the original top cover structure unchanged, through a little transformation of some parts of components, and in accordance with the original assembly size, new floats and sealing valve were designed and made,. This transformation not only reduces the exhaust system failure rate, improves equipment operation rate, convenient repair, but also reduces waste product production, realizes the exhaust system zero cost operation.
