摘　　要：依托于中国地震系统"十五"项目建立起来的网络系统和辽宁地区地震观测系统,利用LISS流服务器的数据分发和组建虚拟台网的功能,建立辽宁地震事件快速反应系统,通过自动处理和编程实现短信、电话、网站等多种方式获取和发布地震速报信息。Based on the seismic information network system and the seismic observation system built up in China ＂Tenth Five-Year＂ project in Liaoning Province, and on the data distribution and virtual network function of LISS streaming server, Liaoning earthquake rapid response system has been set up. The message, telephone, website and other methods can be used to publish the quick earthquake report by the automatic processing and programming.
