论高校党校功能拓展及优化

摘　　要：当前高校党校功能定位的突出问题表现在忽视育德功能、教化功能、科研咨询服务功能、学习型政党构建功能的发挥。高校党校在坚持发挥传统功能的基础上,需进一步拓展育德、教化、科研咨询服务、学习型政党建设四大功能。在高校党校功能拓展的基础上,需要优化高校党校功能。高校党校功能优化要从根植实际确保党性、加强制度建设、完善教学内容、创新教学方法、加强师资队伍建设五个方面入手。The protruding problems of functional orientation of CPC party schools of universities are ignorance of functions of moral Cultivation, education, consultation of scientific research and the construction of organizations with study orienta- tion. On the basis of performing its traditional functions, these schools need to extend further the four functions： moral cultivation, enlightenment, consultative service of scientific research and construction of party organizations with study orientation. And on the function extending function, they should also optimize their functions. Such optimization should start with five aspects as ensuring our party spirit from reality, strengthening the system construction, improving the teaching content, innova ting the teaching methods and enhancing the construction of teaching staff.
