摘　　要：为优化触屏手机输入法键盘界面设计,研究采用绩效评估和问卷调查的方法分析了四种主流品牌手机输入法在输入短信时的可用性和满意度。结果表明:(1)九宫格键盘输入中文与数字表现佳,全键盘输入英文表现佳;(2)状态切换的便易性和可获得性是影响输入法可用性和满意度的重要因素。未来输入法界面应遵循"一键实现状态切换"的设计原则,并针对不同的输入信息(中/英文)呈现最优的输入界面(九宫格/全键盘)。To optimize keyboard interface design of touch screen handsets, usability test and questionnaire were employed to analyze the usability performance and satisfaction of four popular input methods in the SMS tasks. We found that： a） T9-like keypad was better to use in typing Chinese and figures, while QWERTY keypad was more suitable for English. b） The convenience and accessibility of input mode switch were the two critical factors influencing the usability and user satisfaction of input methods. The future input interface should follow the one touch to switch the input mode principle, and for different input information present the optimal input interface （Chinese-T9, English-QWERTY）.
