摘  要:采用单因子试验研究了温度、盐度、孵化密度、饵料种类、底质对管角螺孵化及稚螺的影响.研究结果表明:孵化的适宜温度为18~30℃,最适温度为21~30℃;适宜盐度为20~30,最适盐度为25;充气条件下,孵化适宜密度为6×103~30×103ind.m-3,不充气条件下,孵化适宜密度为6×103~24×103ind.m-3,不充气初孵稚螺壳高与孵化密度负相关.稚螺适宜盐度为15~30,最适盐度为25~30;充气的条件下,培养适宜密度为1×104~5×104ind.m-3,培养最适密度为3×104~5×104ind.m-3;较佳饵料为缢蛏和菲律宾蛤子;较佳底质为细砂和砖瓦.The monofactorial experiment is conducted to investigate the effects of temperature, salinity, incubation density, food, and sediment on embryonic and larval development of Hemifusus tuba. The results indicate that the appropriate hatching temperature ranges from 18 ℃ to 30 ℃, and the optimal range covers from 21 ℃ to 30℃; the appropriate salinity for hatching is between 20 to 30 with optimal effect being 25. With air provided, the appropriate hatching density is found from 6×103 to 30×103 ind.m-3. When no air is provided, the appropriate hatching density ranges from 6×103 to 24×103 ind.m-3, meanwhile, the height of the larval Hemifusus tuba is negatively correlated with the hatching density. For the development of the larval Hemifusus tuba, the appropriate salinity is from 15 to 30 with optimal range being from 25 to 30. With air provided, the appropriate cultured density ranges from 1×104 to 5×104 ind-m-3, and the optimal effect is achieved using 3×104-5×104 ind.m-3. The best food is Sinonovacula constricta and Ruditapes philippinarum; and the most appropriate sediment is fine sand and bricks.
