摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理服务在鼻咽癌住院病人放疗不同阶段的效果。方法:对住院放疗的鼻咽癌病人进行入院、放疗期间、出院时优质护理服务需求调查,有针对性地实施以病人为导向的人性化优质护理。结果:病人对护理工作满意度明显提高,护士工作责任心加强,服务质量提高,护患关系和谐。结论:根据鼻咽癌病人放疗不同阶段对优质护理的需求程度和特点,实施全程系统连续到位的护理,提高了护理质量,减轻了放疗不良反应,保证了治疗顺利完成,提高了病人满意度。Objective：To investigate the opphcation effect of the high quality nursing service in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy at different stages.Methods：According to the high quality nursing service demand,survey on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy at admission,radiation period and discharge,implement of patient-oriented humanistic quality of nursing service.Results：The patient′s satisfaction for nursing work improved significantly,the work responsibility of nurses strengthening obviously,the quality of service improve and the nurse-patient relationship harmonious.Conclusion：According to different stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy for quality nursing care needs and characteristics,the implementation of the whole system nursing,could improve nursing quality,reduce the adverse reaction of radiotherapy treatment,ensure treatment finish smoothly,improve life quality and enhance patient satisfaction.
