卡片式健康教育处方在骨科患者健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨卡片式健康教育处方在骨科患者健康教育中的应用。方法:将380例骨科患者随机分为观察组200例和对照组180例,观察组制定健康教育处方,按照处方内容及程序对患者及家属实施健康教育;对照组采用传统的健康教育模式。分析比较两组患者对健康知识掌握情况。结果:观察组患者的健康教育知晓率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者对护理工作的满意度也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在传统的健康教育基础上,有效的运用健康教育处方可明显提高患者的健康教育知晓率,提高护理人员的健康教育水平。Objective：To explore the card in health education in the prescription of orthopedics health education and effectiveness of the application Method：380 into the case of orthopedics,and the observation group The observation group for health education prescription,content and procedure in accordance with the prescription to the families of patients and health education,Analysis of the two groups of different forms of health education and health knowledge about.Results：The observation patients health education awareness was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）,the observation group patients on nursing job satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the traditional health education and effective use of health education prescription can be improved obviously patients in health education and increase the nursing staff brought to the health of the education level.
