摘　　要：综述了国外 α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯 (MES)生产和应用的技术进展。着重叙述了 MES生产中三种漂白工艺的优缺点 ,比较了三种工艺所需的原料和所得 MES的产品质量。介绍了 MES的物化性能特点 ,利用 MES抗硬水的优点 ,将MES与烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇醚复配 ,通过合适的工艺路线 ,防止了 MES在配制过程中的水解 ,制得的无磷洗衣粉具有优良的去污能力。 MES也可用于配制液体洗涤剂。The recent development of MES's production and application is reviewed.The paper mainly describes the characteristics of the three processes for the bleach of MES.The qualities of raw material and products of the three processes are compared.The physico chemical properties of MES are also introduced.Through suitable process,MES is composed with sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate or/and ethoxylated fatty alcohol to produce phosphor free powder detergents.MES is also used in liquid detergents.
