用立式去污机测定餐具洗涤剂去污力方法的研究

摘　　要：通过对油污配方 ,涂污量及洗涤条件的确定 ,将立式去污机应用于餐具洗涤剂去污力测定 ,所得结果比泡沫位法分档更加清晰。当洗盘数同为 2 .5个时 ,去油率分别为 14%和 43% (详见表 4) ,与 JIS法比较测得结果顺序一致 ,且避免了与有毒溶剂的接触。Terg O Tometer is used to test the detergency of dish washing agent through studying washing conditions such as soiling formula,soil removal percentage and so on.The attained results are clearer than that of the method of comparing foam level.When the number of dish is 25,the soil removal percentages are respectively 14% and 43%(See table 4 in detail).The order is consistent with that of JIS method;it also avoids contacting poisonous solvent.
