摘　　要：砧基簿是南宋时期主要土地籍帐之一,是南宋时期用以进行田宅登记与交易、田宅与赋役纠纷、灾伤检放等赋役问题的主要法定文书之一,也可用于商业抵押和买卖,反映了宋朝廷对赋役的重视以及注意保持乡村社会的赋役相对公平。Zhenjibu, one of the main land-booklets in the Southern Song Dynasty, was one of legal documents to register and deal land and houses, to cope with disputes of land-estate and tax-corvec, and to check calamities and exempt from obligation. It was used in transaction and commercial, corvee, relief mortgage. It explained that the Southern Song Court did attach much weight to the tax-corvce problems, and that the Song Gouernment devoted much attention to thc relative fairness of financial burden.
