摘　　要：分析了种子企业的特殊性,并提出了提高种子企业核心竞争力的必要性及相应措施,包括:引进品种、网罗优秀人才、服务客户、维护声誉、重视创新、加强文化建设,以期为种子企业提高核心竞争力提供参考。Special characteristics of the seed enterprises were analyzed. Necessity and appropriate countermeasures of improving countermeasures on the core competive power of seed enterprise were proposed,including introducing varieties,hiring the very best,serving customers ,saving reputations, valuing innovation, and enhancing the construction of culture, so as to provide the reference to the improvement of the core competitive power of enterprises.
